Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once processed, items are shipped directly from our suppliers and dispatched to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and supplier location, with typical shipping times ranging from 7–20 business days. In some cases, delivery may take longer due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking information will be provided where available once the order has been dispatched. It may take 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear.

As products are shipped directly from overseas suppliers, multiple items in the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other external circumstances once an order has been dispatched.
